know how difficult it can be to join a new gym, so we make it easier by
giving you a free fitness induction when you join. We will introduce you
to the equipment and develop a personalised programme to help you achieve
your goals. And after you have joined we are always on hand for help and
advice so just ask. We also have male and female qualified personal trainers
to help you achieve optimum results quickly.
