Recommended Use (Based on a 75kg Male):
For best results mix 2 scoops with 350ml – 450ml of water up to 1 – 4 times a day. Consume first thing in the morning, in between meals, pre & post workout or any other time you need to boost your protein intake. For best results mix in a shaker cup or blender and consume immediately. Do not exceed the stated dose.
